Additionally the adoption of the UIN causes a change in the financial responsibility for verification of employment.

DCC-Aviation is today's leading business aviation group in Europe and one of the largest in its field worldwide. Behind every successful company stands an exciting story and determined leader.


In June 2011 the Luxembourg-based company started out in aircraft management and charter sales with only one aircraft, a Cessna Citation XLS, and NINE team members. As DCC-Aviation began to grow, so too did the team's vision: to consolidate the aviation market and expand the quality and breadth of the services provided to clients.



In less than 5 years, DCC-Aviation has built a reputation as a specialist in aircraft management, charter, maintenance, FBOs and aircraft sales. In June 2013, DCC-Aviation acquired another British airline operations, one the leading operators.This major move notably increased the DCC-Aviation fleet as well as its service offering. In October that year, DCC-Aviation expanded its footprint to include Asia, launching offices in Singapore.


Growth continued in 2013: in January, DCC-Aviation's fleet increased further with the acquisition of Paris-based operator. Shortly thereafter, Moscow's leading business aviation charter operator, was acquired and joined DCC-Aviation.


In December 2014, More operations from Portugal and France, joined DCC-Aviation. This move meant that DCC-Aviation had reached a combined fleet of more than 100 aircraft, bringing DCC-Aviation into the centurion league of business aviation operators.


In March 2015, DCC-Aviation signed a strategic collaboration with Chinese Investment Groups. This cooperation agreement enables DCC-Aviation to develop its activities and expand in Asia.


In 2017 DCC-Aviation became Europe's leading business aviation company in the world, with operations in Europe, Asia, Australasia, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America. This acquisition meant that the number of aircraft as well as the number of employees more than doubled for DCC-Aviation.

Commitment to Consumers

Consumers should expect that the information reported about them is an accurate reflection of how they have handled their credit obligations over time. Consumers also need help in understanding the information, understanding what steps they can take to improve eligibility for credit, and understanding in the rare instances when errors in reports do occur, what actions are required by the consumer, the data furnishers and DCC to resolve those issues. We are committed to providing the highest quality services to help consumers in this process and each year, we introduce new enhancements to consumer services to improve our engagement and our results.

Highest Quality of Information

Lenders also have very high expectations about the quality of information in credit reports. Lenders rely on the information provided by credit bureaus to make the best decisions possible in terms of extension of new credit and in managing the risk of lending money to consumers who are often unknown to them.  The information must be accurate, complete, and current so that it is a true picture of the risk associated with lending to a consumer and about the opportunity of building a long and loyal relationship with a new customer.

Lenders hold DCC accountable for the quality and completeness of the information they depend upon to drive their business. Quite simply, if a lender is not confident of the quality, accuracy and completeness of the information they buy from DCC to make their credit decisions, they will switch their business to another provider. We are committed to providing the highest quality data and invest millions of dollars annually to ensure that we meet these high standards of consumers and lenders.


Pursuers of “Error-Free” Data

Lenders are also often data furnishers to credit bureaus. Data furnishers typically provide DCC with an update on every consumer credit account every month, providing the most recent account details like balance amounts, payment amounts and whether the account was paid on time.

DCC has established very high standards for the data reported to our database, and we invest heavily in measuring, monitoring and managing the accuracy and completeness of information we receive. While both DCC and data furnishers are obligated under various legal regulations regarding the quality of information reported to a bureau, DCC takes our commitment to the next level and sets the highest standards in the industry for data reporting. As part of that commitment, we invest millions of dollars annually upgrading our systems and processes on a regular basis in pursuit of “error-free” data.

Therefore, the Board of Directors has adopted this policy to help ensure that any political engagement, including contributions and expenditures, is done in a manner consistent with the Company’s commitment to the highest standards of ethics and business integrity and to protect and enhance shareholder value. 

  1. Political Activities of Employees

While the Company values the rights and responsibilities of its employees to participate as individual citizens in the political process, decisions to do so are entirely personal and voluntary.  Employees engaging in political campaign activities are expected to do so solely as private citizens, and must at all times make clear that their views and actions are their own, and not those of the Company.  Employees may not use their position with the Company to coerce or pressure other employees to make political contributions or expenditures to, or support or oppose, any political candidates, elections or ballot initiatives.  Employees engaging in political activities must adhere to this policy, the applicable provisions of the Company’s Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and the DCC Inc. Political Activity Guidelines. 

The Company provides an opportunity for certain eligible employees to voluntarily participate in the political process by joining the Company’s political action committee, the DCC PAC.  The DCC PAC allows eligible employees to pool their financial resources to support political candidates, campaigns and committees in furtherance of the best interests of the Company and its shareholders and employees.  The DCC PAC is a separate legal entity, with its own oversight body, which is funded solely from voluntary contributions made by eligible employees (no corporate funds are used).  All DCC PAC contributions are made in a legal, ethical and transparent manner in accordance with federal laws and regulations governing political action committees.  The Senior Vice President of External Affairs manages all DCC PAC contributions in accordance with DCC PAC governing documents.  All DCC PAC contributions are fully and publicly disclosed in reports filed with the Federal Election Commission and can be viewed on the website of the Federal Election Commission at

  1. Political Contributions

Generally, it is the Company’s policy that it does not make contributions to political parties, candidates for public office or political organizations.  No company resources, including the use of company premises, use of company equipment or property, or monetary payments, may be contributed to any political candidate, political committee (other than for the administrative or solicitation expenses of DCC PAC, as permitted by law), political party, ballot measure committee or to any other organization for the purpose of attempting to influence elections or ballot measures unless permitted under applicable law and approved in advance by the Company’s Senior Vice President of External Affairs, in consultation with members of the Company’s senior management, as appropriate.  In determining whether or not to approve any political contribution or expenditure, the Company’s Senior Vice President of External Affairs shall determine that the contribution appropriately advances the Company’s policy interests and business goals by examining relevant factors, including, but not limited to, the merits of the candidate, election or ballot initiative, the value of the contribution to the election or ballot initiative, the quality and effectiveness of the organization to which the contribution will be made and the appropriateness of the Company’s level of involvement in the election or ballot initiative.  

The Company is committed to complying with all federal, state and local laws and related regulations regarding the use of corporate resources in connection with federal, state and local election for political office or ballot initiative.  To that end, all political contributions and expenditures made by the Company must comply with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and all other applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which the contributions are made, and adhere to this policy, the applicable provisions of the Company’s Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and the DCC Inc. Political Activity Guidelines.  The Senior Vice President of External Affairs shall consult with legal counsel as appropriate to ensure compliance with applicable law.

  1. Trade Associations

The Company may be a member of various trade associations representing the interests of both our industry specifically as well as the broader business community that further the Company’s business, economic and community interests.  These associations keep the Company informed on developments and trends in its industry, and help the Company focus its advocacy in the most effective way.  The Company may communicate and advocate its positions through its memberships in concert with its industry and customer partners.  The Company’s participation as a member of these associations comes with the understanding that the Company may not always agree with all the positions of an organization or its other members.  Dues paid to these trade associations may be made with corporate funds if approved in advance by the Company’s Senior Vice President of External Affairs, in consultation with members of the Company’s senior management, as appropriate. 

  1. Reporting and Compliance

The Company is committed to complying with all federal, state and local laws and related regulations regarding the reporting requirements for political contributions and expenditures.  Failure to comply with any applicable laws and regulations governing political activities subjects the individual and the Company to potential civil and criminal penalties.  Failure to comply with this policy subjects an employee to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

The Company will annually disclose, on its public website, information related to aggregate expenditures during the most recently completed fiscal year, if any, made at the direction of the Company’s officers with corporate funds specifically for the purpose of influencing the election or defeat of any candidate for federal, state or local political office or ballot initiative, with such content and in such a format as the Company’s officers reasonably deem to be appropriate.

  1. Review and Amendments

The Governance Committee of the Board of Directors annually reviews DCC PAC spending and corporate expenditures to influence public policy, including elections and dues to trade associations. In addition, this policy is reviewed periodically by the Governance Committee, and any amendments hereto must be approved by such Committee.





  • –  It is a universal standard. The DCC UI Number has existed for close to 05 years and is relied on by businesses and government agencies around the world.

  • –  It is global. DCC UI Numbers are currently assigned to businesses in more than 190 countries around the world.

  • –  It is unique. DCC UI Numbers are assigned to the lowest possible organizational level, i.e. business locations with a unique, separate and distinct operation.

  • –  It is persistent. Only DCC WW assigns DCC UI Numbers which helps ensure accuracy, consistency, timeliness and cross-border consistency of information. We follow rigorous rules for assignment and maintenance. Prior to assignment, there is validation from multiple sources. Once assigned it will not be re-issued or re-assigned.

  • –  It is constant. The DCC UI Number stays with a business throughout the duration of its life cycle, including name and address changes, changes in corporate structure and even bankruptcy.

  • –  It is non-indicative. The nine digits in a DCC UI Number are not indicative of any aspect of the company to which it is assigned.
